Hi, I’m Rachel,

I’m here to help you uncover and unleash your unrivalled, uncopiable, unfiltered unique brilliance.

And in doing so, my goal is that you will unleash the unfiltered brilliance in those around you. Your ideal clients or your employees or your colleagues, or your friends and family. You will become positive agents for change as you uncover not just your potential, but those in your line of sight, through a new lense of self-acceptance and sense of mission.

I am a qualified coach (ACC) with a 20-year career as a consultant and leader in communications, marketing and public relations. That means I’ve spent 20 years helping all kinds of people – from solo start-ups to CEOs employing hundreds – to build reputations, engage their communities, shape messages, communicate difficult news, challenge thinking, change perceptions, persuade to take action… and much more.

Of all the work I have done with clients, I love shaping their story – of themselves and their impact and seeing them gain recognition and reward through that. Whether that’s through interviews and press releases, writing and submitting awards, or as a coach, helping them change their internal story of who they are and what they can achieve and then convey their story confidently to themselves and others in a variety of ways that feel best to them.

Leadership Development with Rachel Till

” The qualities I value in Rachel as a mentor and coach are that she is intuitive, caring, spiritual, an amazing possibility thinker and fluid/flexible in her approach. She won’t push you down a route that doesn’t feel right for you. I felt the right balance of safe/challenged/inspiration/action.”

Rachel Till, a female business coach

I live in Staffordshire, UK with my husband Vin and our children who are 13 and 7.

12 years ago, I took the leap and left a senior job that I felt unhappy and disempowered in, as I navigated my career as a working mother. I rebelled. I wanted a more senior role that allowed me to work part-time. I wanted new career and work challenges whilst limiting my work to 3 days per week. I wanted a better balance for me and a better balance for my family.

I’m proud to say that making that leap has enabled me to redesign my life and ways of working to suit my family, whilst also enabling me to continue to achieve my career ambitions.

It has not been an easy journey – there has been growth, bereavement, making redundancies and going through burn out in between all of those things, not to mention having my second child 5 years into my business journey, which was a huge challenge at the time!

My motto is “Anything is possible

I see the endless possibilities and opportunities for everyone, and I believe in them to achieve it all. I  enjoy helping people to achieve their goals in a way that feels possible by being themselves, not who they think everyone else is.

Clients tell me “I love how I look through your eyes” and “You spark and co-create.

The top 5 things I care about the most in my work:

Rebel Leadership Coach
Rachel Till, a leadership coach

1. We are all leaders

I use the phrase leaders a lot not because I want to work with people at the top of vast hierarchial structures, but because I want us all to develop an empowered sense of personal leadership. We can all influence and shape people’s thinking for the better through getting comfortable sharing our unique story and being ourselves.

2. Education and Social Mobility

As someone who has worked extensively in further and higher education in the UK, I cannot tell you how many amazing students, young and old, I have had the privilege to interview and hear their story.

So many of these stories were from people overcoming adversity and a school or societal system that somehow made them feel they were capable of achieving less than their peers.

Too thick, too disruptive, too much, too little, too fat, too loud, too clumsy, too naughty.

So many have proved this narrative wrong once they have had an opportunity to find their talent, develop their self-belief and find a way of learning and working that hones their true genius and superpowers.

I would love to do more work with schools and colleges through workshops, events and talks to help our youngsters stop comparing themselves to others and find their voice and self-belief earlier in life.

3. Stopping the brain drain – Positive and empowering workplace cultures for working parents

I felt forced out of my job when I had my daughter. I just couldn’t make it work – psychologically, physically, emotionally, financially.

I want all women to have access to coaching during and after their return to work from maternity leave, And I want more women to progress past motherhood and into leadership roles to enable a better society where women have equality and workplace cultures are less toxic.

When leaders lead as themselves, with kindness, positivity, inclusiveness and vulnerability, they show the power in that to others and they take people with them.

It creates more possibilities. For us all.

4. Quality time with, and learning from, like-minded people

I’m a naturally sociable person and an avid learner. After the last two years of restrictions and restraint in our friendships, families and life, I’m craving connection and the exhilaration I get from learning, developing, talking and laughing with other like-minded people.

In 2024 I’m planning to incorporate retreats and spa experiences into my work with my clients so we get to have fun, be playful and enjoy life in our journey of working together.

I LOVE going to spas, eating at nice restaurants and being with friends and family having a good giggle. Connection with like-minded souls is important to me.

5. Embracing our human design and energy types alongside our personality, strengths and values

I’m a massive fan of human design. Used alongside strengths-based profiling tools and values-based, learning more about who you were born to be is key to your success when you work with me.

I’m a Manifesting generator with a 5/1 profile – known as ‘Heretic Investigator’.

Would you like to know more about your human design? I can offer this as part of our work together!

” You held my space and let me explore my thoughts. You got me to think about what is important to me and where I want to be. You encouraged me to brainstorm my ideas. Thank you I found it was really productive. “
