With a robust background in corporate marketing within the travel industry and a recent focus on digital strategies for online businesses, Lisa has a proven track record in transforming marketing visions into tangible results.

Isabelle – Team, Culture & New Insights Specialist
Isabelle is our team and culture development specialist. As an accredited coach, trainer, and research psychologist with a 20-year career in the scientific field (psychology, neuroscience and clinical research), Isabelle helps organisations to bring evidence-based thinking to their coaching and training programmes, using techniques that are rooted in behavioural science.
She brings evidence-based, tailored and highly experiential organisational development activities to support our clients with organisational development and leadership development.
Isabelle is passionate about creating actionable, well-being and peak-performance strategies that align the needs of the organisation and the individuals working within it. She will work with your college or university organisational development team to design and deliver the most effective, engaging and results-focused approach to your internal Learning and Development agenda.

Mel – Neuroinclusive Awareness, Training and HR
Mel is an accomplished HR Director with over 25 years’ experience gained in the public, private and not for profit sectors. She has gained her significant HR experience working in the HE, Edtech, Publishing and Telecoms sectors.
Mel is also Mum to a brilliant neurodivergent son and, following his diagnosis, she sought to increase her awareness and knowledge of neurodiverse conditions. To this end, she has been taught by Professor Amanda Kirby, a globally renowned neurodiversity specialist and achieved a qualification in neurodiversity.
As a neurodiversity champion and trainer, Mel now takes every opportunity to increase awareness and appreciation of the brilliance of neurodiverse talent and supports organisations to become neuroinclusive throughout the employee lifecycle. She is a regular guest speaker, trainer and podcast contributor.
During her Neurodiversity Awareness session, clients will learn:

Me (Rachel!) – Content Writing, Coaching and Mentoring
As an experienced ICF accredited coach at ACC level, I enjoy coaching leaders and business owners to improve their confidence, happiness, influence and impact. My absolute favourite thing to do is to help people see things differently, open up to new opportunities, and find new ways of achieving their goals – whether that’s in their career or business.

Copywriting
With an extensive background in communications, marketing and PR, I have spent 20 years writing content that is either emotive, thought provoking, action focused and persuasive, or authority building. Whilst I mainly keep busy with my coaching programmes and workshop delivery, I do still offer copywriting services for a small selection of clients particularly in the education and training arena, and for businesses who are focused on having a social impact in areas such as Leadership, Company Culture and Employee Engagement, Environment, Social Mobility, Poverty, Health, Wellbeing and Community.
